1. Custom printed cards are shipped with a possible 10% variance over or under. Customer will only be invoiced for actual custom items received within this 10% range.
2. Hardware warranty is provided by the manufacturer and expedited by Card Integrators.
3. Systems are sold as stand alone systems unless otherwise noted. Performance and liability related to system operations is applicable only as it relates to software in a stand alone environment. Software that is operated on a network will not be protected by single system warranty protection.
4. Only Card Integrators software and system operations, as it relates to Card Integrators software and hardware provided by Card Integrators, are supported.
5. Standard software support outside of warranty is $150 per occurrence.
6. Shipping and handling not included-FOB Los Alamitos and/or Card Integrator hardware providers.
7. California sales tax will apply.
8. Quoted pricing is good for 30 days.

10. All custom printed material requires 100% payment in advance.
11. Export shipments must pay in advance in U.S. dollars.

Meets the Terms and Conditions of the Manufacturer's Standard Warranty Plan
CI Solutions is an authorized service center for all of the products we offer. All products purchased from CI Solutions include depot service during the manufacturer’s standard warranty period. All warranty service provided by CI Solutions will be subject to the terms and conditions of the manufacturer’s warranty. All parts and service labor are covered during the standard warranty period.
Offers Optional Extended Warranty Plans for ID Card Printers
Extended warranty plans offered by CI Solutions should be purchased within 60 days of your printer or system purchase. An extended warranty may be purchased after 60 days only with pre-authorization by CI Solutions. (Note that there is an additional fee when purchasing an extended warranty more than 60 days after printer purchase.) All extended warranties must be purchased before the expiration of the manufacturer’s standard warranty and can be renewed annually for up to three years after the initial purchase date. Each additional year of extended warranty must be purchased before the current year’s warranty expires. All parts and service labor are covered during the extended warranty period.
Additionally Offers Optional Loaner Coverage for ID Card Printers
To help ensure that you aren't without a printer and that your card printing continues uninterrupted, CI Solutions offers a loaner printer coverage option for the years not covered by the manufacturer. This coverage provides you with a loaner printer in the event your printer needs to be sent to CI Solutions for repair. A loaner unit is shipped to you when CI Solutions Technical Support is unable to diagnose a printer problem over the phone or via remote administration, and the CI Solutions technician requests that the printer be returned for service. Once repaired, your printer is sent back to you and the loaner printer is returned to CI Solutions. Loaner units are shipped via overnight delivery service from CI Solutions. Every effort is made by CI Solutions to ship loaner printer requests on the same day or the next business day.

CI Solutions Return Policy
Unopened/Unused Items
If you have purchased an incorrect or unwanted item, you may return it within 30 days of receipt according to the following:
1. Product must be unopened, unused and factory sealed.
2. Product returns must include original packaging, boxes, instructions, etc.
3. Products must be shipped back to CI Solutions freight pre-paid (customer pays for shipping back to CI Solutions).
4. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your credit. CI Solutions does not give credit for shipping on the original order.
5. Software cannot be returned for any reason–please contact Customer Service with any pre-sale software questions.
Opened Items
We are unable to accept the return of the following 'opened' items:
1. Used printers–unless authorized by CI Solutions.
2. Opened media - cards, ribbons and/or printer cleaning kits.
Other opened, but unused items may be returnable with a restocking fee; please contact Customer Service.

Defective Merchandise (DOA)
If you received a product that is non-functioning or defective out of the packaging, please contact Customer Service to arrange for a return material authorization (RMA). We will do our best to replace the product as quickly as possible.
Return Procedures and Guidelines
1. Contact Customer Service for a CI Solutions RMA number within 30 days of receipt of product.
2. RMA numbers must be clearly marked on all returned packages and merchandise must be shipped to the following address - unless authorized by CI Solutions:

Please note that items returned to any other address will be subject to an additional shipping fee and/or surcharge. And for your safety, please use UPS/FedEx/DHL or another insured carrier that offers tracking capability.
3. Products must be shipped back freight prepaid (customer pays for shipping back to CI Solutions).
4. Items must be received by CI Solutions within 15 days of issuance of RMA.
5. All original packaging, instructions, etc., must be returned - unmarked and undamaged.
6. Product must be ‘like new’ and factory sealed.
7. CI Solutions cannot be responsible for any merchandise that fails to arrive at our facility.
8. Merchandise that arrives at our facility damaged cannot be accepted and will be returned to you.
9. Credit will be issued to the original credit card or account holder after inspection by CI Solutions. We do not give credit for shipping on the original order.
10. CI Solutions may amend the return policy guidelines at anytime.
