CI Track™ is an attendance and activity tracking system for any location that needs to track people, time and services. In the educational environment, it tracks the time students spend in open-entry/open-exit labs, tutoring centers, fitness centers, math labs, English labs, computer labs, DSPS, ESL, counseling, and other locations on campus.
Individuals key in or scan their ID cards at the tracking computer when they enter and exit the location. Or the log-in tracking screen can be visible on every computer in a lab and lock down the computer until the cardholder logs into the program, thereby ensuring that the institution records tracking hours for every person.
Once the hours have been collected, CI Track™ has a customizable reporting module which allows you to print out to standard reports or to reports that you have designed with the software’s flexible design module. These reports can be viewed, printed, or emailed to other locations. .

CI Track™ works independently with its own database or connects to existing databases. When a log-in occurs, a validation is made and the participant’s picture can also be displayed for additional security. On the backend, CI Track’s native Microsoft® SQL Server database allows for network deployment of tracking stations all over your institution connected to a central command center database. It is easy-to-use yet is very powerful and flexible. CI-Track’s client/server structure eases implementation with web browser or traditional LAN/WAN configuration.
